Requirements to rent
Ten documents. We ask for them to protect both sides: the owner, who hands over an asset; and you, who signs a contract with clear rules from day one. Gather them calmly and the process takes days, not weeks.
Completed pre-lease application
Your application. We send you a private link to fill it in from your phone.
Tenant's photo ID (INE)
Valid government ID of whoever will sign the lease.
Tenant's proof of address
Electricity, water or property-tax bill, no older than three months.
Guarantor's photo ID (INE)
Valid government ID of the person backing you.
Guarantor's proof of address
Same rule: a recent bill in their name.
Guarantor's property deed and tax receipt
The guarantor must be a property owner. This is the real collateral behind the lease.
Tax status certificate (SAT)
Issued by the Mexican tax authority. Used to invoice the rent.
Bank statement cover page
First page only, showing name and bank. We do not ask for transactions or balances.
One month's deposit and rent in advance
The deposit is returned when the lease ends, less any damages.
Signed lease before handover
On signing we hand over the keys and record the property inventory.
